A Little About Me
Hi! I'm so glad you're here. This job is really important to me for a personal reason: when I felt trapped by worries and bad habits, someone helped me find a better way forward.
I know it takes courage to ask for help. My most important job is to create a safe space for you, where you feel like you can be yourself without anyone judging you.
My goal is not to "fix" you, because you are not broken. We will work together as a team to understand things from the past and learn new skills for a better future. I use special tools that are proven to help people with tough memories. If your faith is important to you, we can talk about that, too. We will build a friendship based on trust so you can feel strong and heal.
When I'm not working, I spend a lot of time outdoors and with my family. It reminds me to stay connected to myself and the people I love. I would be honored to help you find your own path to a calmer, happier life.
